DMCA Policy

Elevate El Salvador ("Elevate," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (the "Site") to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that material available on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Site (such as a URL);
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent at dmca@elevateelsalvador.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice."

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

Elevate maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
